How long does it take for my order to arrive? Please allow up to 14-21 business days for arrival. We ship via USPS, DHL or Fedex depending on the item. Due to the pandemic, by law our shipping warehouse has limited staff. So please take that into consideration |

What If I have duplicate charges on my order/credit card? All orders will have tracking. Once shipped, we will send you over an email with a tracking link. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to validate. |
My tracking number is not showing up valid? Once a package gets scanned at delivery, it can take up to 48 hours to activate once scanned at the next portal. No worries! It should active. If it does not, please contact us at support@lonesurvivalist.com |

Can I Cancel An Order? If you need to cancel an order or make any changes, please email support@lonesurvivalist.com with the exact changes needed right away. We do our best to catch those, but please note that Lone Survivalist cannot guarantee any changes can be made once an order has been processed. If your order has been shipped we are not able to make any changes, including address updates or cancellations. |

I have to exchange or return a product that was given to me as a gift? We are here to help with the defective item or exchange. We need you to reply with the original purchasers name and email address so we can pull up the initial order.
Without that information, we can not issue a reshipment. Refunds can only be given to the original purchaser.
